Coordination of hospitalization, visits to hospitalized patients, coordination of care after patient discharge.
- Assistance during hospitalization, translation between the patient and nursing staff
- Assistance for family, if necessary, while using social services, military unit support groups, religious support groups.
- Assistance in organizing repatriation/transport to an American military hospital, coordination between doctors (exchange of medical information), coordination of medical transport (ambulance and medical team)

- Translation assistance in person or by telephone between the patient and caregivers.
